I know that there are and will be oipnions from all of you on this.
Please Share your thoughts they ARE important to me, otherwise I would not post.
I would keep it to myself.
I am hoping calorie wise I make the right choices.
I am thinking of 50% Protein, 25% carbs, 25% fat.
I weighed 118 this morning have not had bowel movements....:lmao:
I measured waist at 24.5" and hips 35".
Overall my desire is to gain LBM and lower BF%.

I am off to park to do some brisk walking because I am doing legs tonight.
I hope it works out for me, and I do not get acne...
LOL...I know I should be worried about THE OTHER sides...but you know me...

It's not how good she may be...It's how good She looks!

My morning meal was 3 egg whites 1 slice american cheese.

That's going to be a catch-22 - if you are too horny to lift then that completely defeats the purpose of the var and I'd recommend stopping the cycle. LOL! So you will need to keep it to just horny enough to keep lifting...

Its GREAT you want to add muscle. It will fill you out nicely. NOt sure you have too much fat to lose though, estrogen related or not... looks just like loose skin a bit from the recent change in your body comp from the fasting, the break from training etc.

Exactly - you certainly don't need to "lose fat" - just add some muscle - technically that can drop your bodyfat ratio if you can hold the bodyfat amount constant and up your lean muscle mass.

At this point I seriously don't think you need to even bother w/ numbers on the scale or bodyfat measures -just get where you are happy w/ how you look.

12 10 8 6 reps to gain beautiful muscle!!!

I agree with the others - I don't think you really have much bf to lose & I think the added muscle will shear off some of it anyway......the added muscle on you will look really good on you & fill you out....

I have been a bit bloated but besides taking Var, I think I have not had enough water, I had been low on carb intake so now it's taking advantage of refueling...

I still have not ad breakfast...I feel sick...ugh!
Funny thing when I eat flour my stomach just stops...
I feel like a round mass ...I think I do not digest flour quickly....

For now I do not want to think of food.

Chica you've got to have a good muscle base at this point in the game - no one does the Shadow Project & comes out of it w/ nothing! The var wont' do much of anythign for at least a week yet. You may be having some reaction to the stuff itself in your system. If your skin is drying out - are you getting enough fats in your diet? If you actually feel there's any noticeable smell from the stuff (i.e. ammonia smell from sweating alot) you can include Chlorophyll in your supplements pile (you can get these either as caps or often included in those Greens caps or powder that include spirulina and all sorts of other good stuff.

You may also be experiencing something from your diet - I can't imagine anything from the var just yet tho.

M's knee sounds painful. Ick - knee pop. Does he have anythign to help support that? Those knee braces or patella straps might help.

Let me think..LOL...I have been sleepy all day...went to bed late 1:40, and got up at 6:00...
Mondays are a drag...by the time I can get out of the hosue it's almost noon...Bank errands...butcher...dry cleaners..you get the housewive picture...

So I don't lift on Mondays and if I can I do some HITT or jog...move...

About the var...I do know I have indentions on my legs or feet...mostly lower half...BUT like I said yesterday I don't drink alot of water, so either I up my intake, or do not complain!!!

Smell??? Sweat is still normal, and...below the belt, I have noticed diference...not stinky BUT different...maybe a bit more on the acid side...I have no uterus so that means no discharge...

Dry skin...you are on it!! I have not had any nuts like in a week.

I jokingly think..."masculinization...hummmm will that me fart too?"

The knee popping & cracking is normal - probably fluid moving around & getting redistributed.....that's what they told me.....my knee still pops & cracks....

Did you include acidophilus in your supplements pile? If you are dealing w/ any sort of bacteria imbalance ("good" vs "bad") - that is a possibility w/ var.

Yakult has lactoabacilus, and I am going to also take the acidophilus, liquid form in water.
I used to take it with OJ...
I have been ok with discharge...no yeast infection...(yet) I hope.

Busy Morning...did not eat alot...
I had tuna salad for breakfast -kind of like equal to pancakes-LOL
I made it myself and was ready to eat so I just ate 3 spoonfulls, before I left.

As I said Sunday I went mountain biking, it was good and now I am saddle sore, legs a little heavy not sore.
I did notice that my upper quad is tighter. I wore short thights today to park...

"Flab" is one way to describe the ratio of bodyfat to lean muscle mass - i.e. if that ratio is driven by either very high fat levels or very low muscle mass it can result in "flab" -- its not just fat - its muscle too - get more muscle and make it get tight!

We were at the mall and I felt like one of those rubber chickens that have a heavier head than neck, So head just flips down...
I was the chicken...I felt groggy all day and my traps are heavy...
As if I were carrying the weight of the world...
No one came home for luch so I did not really eat, I had 1/2 a big 100 met-rx bar...some yogurth gelatin (made by me) handful of pecans and some blueberries.
BAD I know...For dinner 9:00 p.m. I had 3 egg whites with grilled panela cheese.

Crashed during Lost, and NBA Spurs vs. Suns...

Ok so now back to nutrition...
I will up carbs 100gr. (AY) that will make my intake 200 gr.
Protein will stay around 122 gr and fat is 41 gr.
That would be a rough look at my calorie intake....
My first thought on carb intake was..."OREOS"...
Maybe someday...

I did nothing this moening!!! Nada!
I just got done with dishes from lunch.
Here in Mexico school is out at 2:00 p.m. and family goes home eats lunch together and off to private classes or homework etc...
So main meal is at 3:00...
I had chicken broth with zucchini and carrots.
1 corn tortilla with 2 TBSP baked mashed beans and 1 TSP jocoque...
Which would be similar to sour cream, yet lighter....It is lebanese food...

To me THAT is a big sin...LOL...I hardly ever eat cream.
I made yogurt gelatin, and sprinkled blueberries on it.
Funny but blueberries stick on as if gelatin was glue...

Sounds like siestas in Spain..when I first got there I was walking all around Madrid at like 2pm and like..I can't even eat..everything is closed..I sat in the park for like 2 hours til everything reopened..lol..How do you make your yogurt gelatin???

You disolve 2 Knoll natural gelatin packets in 1/4 cup cold water, bring it to a boil and mix with your favorite natural or flavored yogurt,
If you need it sweeter STICK YOUR FINGER IN IT
Nah just kidding add artificial sweetner and refrigerate, in individual containers...or whatever suits your fancy!!!

I did legs today too!! LOL about being sore..last week I wasn't and I told Jimmy-- I AM NOT SORE! ALWAYS SORE ON LEG DAYS!! SH-- WASTE OF TIME..I AM STAYING FLABBY! Terrible mindset that day!! So, tomorrow..I better feel it in the glutes..Have fun biking..work those legs some more.. :heart:

Well - it depends.....I want to see how the carbs affected you.


It might be that you do need to add SOME carbs back into the regular diet.

I took these pics before workout today..

I think they are blurry...

Ok I took two more post workout and post egg whites, 1 handful pecans halves, and 1/4 c oatmeal with water.

I know I complain alot, BUT please notice the fat deposits that are very visible.
One place is my upper thighs, and in my crooked C-section.

I KNOW, when BF% goes up because it is like a kangoroo pouch it builds up..so those are my complaints for today.

PLUS I am a bit swollen..

How good/bad are strawberries? Thermic effect of food? Does it take more energy to digest them, than their calorie content?
