Ok so I just last week started floor presses. I did them last week in the squat rack but the lowest setting turns them into a pin press. So today I tried them with dumbbells. Well I had to do them on this huge box we have right next to our DB's and as I leaned back I hit my head on the db rack and cut my head a bit then almost blew my rotator cuff when I was gettin the DB's in position. <--longest run on sentence ever
Anyways I was wondering how you guys/gals, especially those who train alone, do your floor presses.
