N Nomak666 New member Aug 5, 2009 #1 how do you put on flip-top caps after sterilizing it? if you bake without a cap, then put the cap on right after, wouldnt there still be a chance of bacteria going in since it isnt sealed? wondering how to do this.

B bigtravis New member Aug 5, 2009 #2 Theres absolutely nothing you can do about that. Use aluminum tops and bake with 25g pinz.
