in the november issue of flex there is an article on page 90, which is the start of a year long program designed for hard gainers. i am considering trying this program out, it in involves weider and push/pull principles. I am curious if any of you are considering using this program or if any of you have been using it for the last couple of months and how its been working for you. if you've been using this routine please post your results and what you like or dislike about it.
