flaxseed oil users

They're fine but if you consider each tbsp contains 14g fat, that would amount to 14 caps...Lets say you take 3tbsp a day of oil, you'd be consuming 42 caps a day :( :D
 
flax is a good supplement to increase your fat intake and some efa's

salmon oil is better for omega3
olive oil contains the same omegas as flax plus monounsaturated fats
peanut oil/butter contains omega9's

i like salmon oil for my artritis...9...everyday
peanut butter/oil for fat intake...6 tablespoon...everyday
i used to take udo's but have switched to barkleens as for a more balanced blend.....3 tablespoon...every other day
i also consume virgin coconut oil for mct's...2 tablespoon...every other day
and pumpkin seed oil for the T enhancing properties...2 tablespoon....every day
olive oil.....3 tablespoon....every day
flaxmeal....3 tablespoon....every other day

everyone's body is different
and the way i eat i do not get alot of fat from my food

but i also believe you need variety

pumpkin seeds have lots of zinc but according to natural medicine are good for sperm production and male energy

obi - thats a ton of fat kid......I take in 2tbs of ANPB, 1 tb of flax and maybe a egg yolk as my fat for the day..........ooooh.....and 3-4 handfuls of peanuts late night.....

i am on atkins and the more fat i consume the better the weight loss
the salmon oil is more for my arthitis
and it includes what i cook with
 
my friend eats a canister of nuts everyday. It has totaly changed his body composition. He watches what he eats slightly, but he is fucking ripped. The only explaination is the good fats from the nuts. I have changed my diet to accomodate large ammounts of good fats. Im going to do this for about 10 weeks to see what happens.

i am 41 dude

i know i look 30 but not been called a kid in years

except by my ex (she's now 50)
 
In my diet (see below), it is about my soul sorce of fat. I take 40g every day. I have two meals of 100g of oats, and each one is doused in 20g of flaxseed oil.
