I have been using flax since 1992, and I have never got used to the taste.
I tried using it in salad dressings, drizzled over vegetables, in my protein shakes, etc...
It still tastes gross to me.
The only way I can stomach it is by floating it on top of a strong tasting liquid and chugging the whole thing down like a shooter.
If I am on a ketogenic diet, I use orange flavor Metamucil. If I am not ketogenic, I use tomato / vegetable juice.
Just shoot it back fast and you will be ok.
