flax seed pill question

hey, I am cutting and went to the store to get some flax seed oil but they only had pills. I got the pills and will have to use them until they run out and I can go to a health store, my question is that i would have to take 12 to get the amount of a teaspoon of the oil, does this sound right?

yep. Normally it is insane the amount of pills required to equal a couple of tbps...

Get your oil online, easier and normally cheaper too.

Flax oil is much much more convenient than downing multiple pills.
