FLAX SEED OR OMEGA-3 after cardio?

Mr.Anabolic

New member
Hey bros,
Questions, I am finally able to do cardio in the morning, on an empty stomach. I was wondering if I should use Flax seed oil with my protein or omega-3. and also how much should I take, and should I take it more than once a day. I think they come in 1000mg pills, also any recommended brands?

how long should I wait to eat breakfast after doing cardio?

Thanks

if youre asking if you should take the flax or the omega 3 at this time, i dont think it matters, just make sure you get both of them during some point in the day. as for how much you should take, that all depends on your diet and your goals. do you have a certain ratio you are currently using? as for brands, again, i dont think this really matters, just find some that is cheap and that you can stand the taste. as for how long after cardio you should eat breakfast, i eat it right away. hope this helps.

Actually I have to disagree as far as brands go. I use a lot of fish oil and over the years I have been educated on the different qualities of brands. You see cheap fish oil is usually derived from farm raised fish that has little or no Omega-3 in it. This is because Omega 3 comes from the krill that the fich eat in the ocean. In addition farm raised fish have higher levels of PCB's and heavy metals. Once the fish oil is processed a lot of times it goes rancid sitting in hot containers or in humid environments. That is the reason why it "comes up on you" or tastes fishy. If you take a fish oil and it's aweful then it's low quality. It's coming up on you for a reason and thats because it's not absorbing in. So in essence your cheap fish oil is actually a bigger waste of money. Try carlson's fish oil, absolutely no fishy taste and it's screened for heavy metals.
