Where is a good place to buy this?
How much should you take and how often in a day?

What does it promote?


I hear this can help bulking somewhat.
 
The cheapest place is to find a local health food store. You can usually save at least 33% compared to online purchases depending on size.

1-2 Tbsps is good a day, depending on your caloric intake and is actually more beneficial on a cutting diet than a bulking diet because of the limit of Omega 3's you get from your daily diet. But FS Oil is definitely good no matter what diet you are currently on.

liquid is much cheaper and the pills can be a pain in the ass if we are talking dosages. it takes approximately 12-14 pills to equal on tbsp of the liquid.

You should be able to. I get mine at the local grocery store (stop & shop) in the health food aisle by the vitamins. if not, try a local health food store or vitamin store. I recommend taking at least a tbsp per day - depends on your goals and current diet. I mix mine with my tuna or in a protein shake.
 
Find a good health food store that sells the actual flaxseeds. A 85 cent bag lasts me 2 weeks and I take it 3x a day. You will have to buy a mini coffee grinder (20$) and grind them into a powder though, taking them whole will not be digested. Much cheaper then the liquid and a bit more nutritious
 
I always grind my own flax, I know it's fresh that way and I get the extra fiber--I also like the taste. I have about a half a cup a day total.

I believe it goes for 1.50$ a pound at Whole Foods Market here in LA.
