Flax Seed Oil

flax oil is the omega fatty acids that your body needs. chances are you don't get them or enough from your daily meals. also it helps you loose fat while at the same time not make you fat. the best way to take it is to mix it into a protein shake. don't waste your time with prohormones.
 
Do a search on flax seed oil. There are some decent tasting ones and some that are just plain nasty. Mass Quantaties and Uzo's (sp) are the best from my experience and from what I've read on this board.
 
Isn't it true that taking flax with your post-workout protein shake will slow the uptake of whey... not good. fine for a morning or evenng shake, but not post-workout.

i'll take this time to wish my best to all those affected by the barbarism in N.Y. & Washington. Most people have been affected by this, no matter where you are from. simply sad.

i take 2 tablespoons with my protein shake in the morning. you should take 1tbsp per 100lbs of body weight. i mix 2 scoops of pro complex with 2 ice cubes, flax and some strawberries. i get a lot of protein, good fat and low carbs.
