Flax seed Oil

I usually use it to replace olive oil in vinegar & oil dressing on my salads. How much = how much fat do you neeed in your diet - I think its usually around 140 cal, 14g fat / tblsp -- check your label. I usually do 1-2 tbsp of it for my salad dressing.

I like Flax Seed oil on a salad, cuz to me it has a "fishy" taste -- so on a salad or in tuna fish I don't notice it as much...... Plus I put it in a Chocolate Protein shake, cuz the chocolate hides the taste....

To round out, I also enjoy using: Extra Virgin & Regular Olive Oil, Walnut Oil, & Grapeseed Oil.
 
i really do like flax -- i sprinkle it in my yogurt.. use oil in my salad..

but i still am a proponet of COD LIVER OIL..it really that cuts the fat out of me!

Yes, there is little doubt that fish oil is vastly superior to flaxseed oil as a source of EPA and DHA which are the essential fatty acids. Flaxseed oil converts to these at a very low rate. It's the EPA and DHA that directly impact on ability to burn fat.
 
Pour some on a spoon and gulp it down. Get it over with as fast as you can.

1 second of grossness is better than 50 bites of nastiness.

I actually quite like it with oats in the mornng mmmmmmm - Havent tried it with my salad just yet, but i have a feeling its going to be quite nice :)
