Flax Seed Oil

Is one flax seed oil the same as another flax seed oil?? I'm planning on getting some today, and it seems like there a are a few different types of it... is there a difference??

i'm looking to cut and i've never tried this stuff before.

One difference is that some flaxseed oils are sold with added lignans while others do not have added lignans. The lignans are touted to have anti-estrogen abilities, but I don't know if they are efficacious at doing this.

Some flaxseed oils have antioxidant formula's in them to preserve the oil. I would only buy flaxseed oil if it is refrigerated and contains added antioxidants.
