Flax Seed Help!

Hi KEL,

What else is in your vinaigrette? Balsamic or white or red wine vinegar? Or do any of them work well? Hmm, how about other spices like crushed garlic?

Can't wait to go experiment in the kitchen! ..... <sigh> and my boyfriend wants to make General Tso's chicken tonight.
 
Use whatever you like in your dressing. I personally use equal parts oil and vinegar. (the classic French method is 3:1 oil:vinegar) I like the tart bite :)

Be very careful with fresh/raw garlic it will cause botulism when left in oil (4 days or less you're safe) too long.

On your chicken try not to deep fry it (bake it) and use the sauce on the side.
It won't taste exactly the same but the sauce IS what makes that dish!

flax seed oil = the richest oil (in omaga 3)

but walnut oil is also pretty rich in omaga 3 and it really tastes better !
 
Does it matter if you take if with a carb meal or even later at night? SHould you try and keep it in the day?
