Get Udo's. Nice EFA blend.

Yeah, Udo's is good stuff. Labrada also makes a blend but I think Udo's is better.

Yeah, Udo's Premium Blend. It's a mix of a bunch of different oils. Good stuff, only problem is once you open it doesn't have a long shelf life. You can find it online.

does it really make a diff. ive taken both and i never noticed a diff. course idk whut its doing in my body really....my blood pressure isnt saying yess give me fish oil it helps to lower the bad cholesterol better than flax seed oil
