How do you know it's the flax oil giving you gas?


Try eating flax seed and see if it gets any better

lol no.. i only take 2 tsps a day

days i dont,. im ok,.. but when i take it i get bad odours lol
i regulary eat flax sees bread, dont have any issues with that

Has it gone rancid? It's not very chemically stable lol, a bit of UV light and oxygen can set off a free radical reaction...those can rip apart molecules. Plus, after opening, it has a shelf life of what...8 weeks?

What else are you eating? Protein is probably the likely culprit lol

If that's true, then LOL.

I bought a bottle at walmart at the beginning of the year and used it for like.....10 weeks or something? Not sure.

Poured it in my breakfast protein shake every day the whole semester....couldn't really taste it and the only gas I got was from using whey concentrate instead of isolate

my mom told me she takes it too! lol

shes one of them old ppl, that is really into healthy shit. i wasnt shocked tho
i know more about nutrience then she does, and she takes the same dosage as i do lmao! .......im not asking her about he bowl situation tho!
