I am currently on a cutting diet...I've been using my Flaxseed Oil on my oatmeal in the morning....I heard its not a good idea to mix fat and carbs so will this affect my cutting diet in any way? I can't stand taking the oil by itself & it tastes pretty good on my oatmeal...
My breakfast this morning was 1 packet of Oatmeal, 2 eggs w/ 2 toasts, 1 Tbs of Flax, and 1 scoop of whey w/ orange juice. Saturated fats don't go good w/ carbs, but flax is good fat and I mix it w/ whatever.
