Flax and Fish oils

2-3 tbsp/day is probably enough if you're adding it to a normal diet. If you're using it to replacement bad fat intake then just do it gram for gram.
 
OK..on the labels it says to take one of then 2 times aday and the other 3 times so i will be taking 3000mg fish oil and 2400mg flax oil. I just wasn't sure if in bodybuidling you were suppose to have much more then that since we seldomly use anything in moderation.

Hemp oil is Omega 6.

Flax and fishoil (greenland shark oil being by FAR the best) are Omega 3.

The typical westerners diet is 6 to 1 omega 6 to omega three.

You do NOT need to supplement omega 6 unless you have absolutely ZERO fats coming from anywhere else.

So forget the Hemp? Just stick to Flax?
