Flare up on cycle Help. Blood work

End of week 3 got bloods because of a lump behind left nipple.
E2 was normal 15.6
Prolactin was 8
And progesterone is .3 which was flagged high.

Cycle is 600 test e and 400 deca a week
Aromasin 25mg ed


Question is how do tackle to lump that i have and if prolactin and E2 is in check how do I control progesterone?
