Does anybody know the nutrition break down of flank steak? I keep a nutrition log and would like to add that to it. I remember seeing that in a National Official Nutrition Database but I forgot the link. I would appreciate it if someone could include that link.
well, flank is one of the lowest fat content cuts of beef along with fillet mignon and round steak according to what ive read, ive got the book somewhere...ill try to post for you, its something like a 3 ounce comparison among various meats.
