Meal1- protein shake 40gram protein/20carbs

Meal2- Chinese food(Orange Chicken with brown rice or Sesame
Chicken with Brown Rice)

Meal3- 2chicken breast with brown rice

Meal4-Chicken Breast,brown rice,and cottage cheese

Meal5-protein shake or something

Goal-slowly build mass while loosing fat
 
whoop:/ if i bulk its over....its gonna be everything all u can eat buffets eating every 5mins haha
