He's 26, in great shape, his goals are to just continue building muscle and get a little more lean. He's about 5'6 1/2, 183lbs.
He is currently taking Glut, NO2 (twice a day), multi-vit, fish oil and Nitro T3 (some sort of testosterone)

He recently stopped taking creatine, but is going to add that back in because he noticed significant results.
I told him to stick to the basics: protein, glut, creatine, amino acids and Omega-3. There is no magic pill, chances are if you haven't heard about it ('Cycle gear') then it's crap.
