Hey peeps, I am Daphney from Chicago. I've been very active as a teenager, sort of got off that in last 15 years. It's time to get back.
 
I find that I need to count calories so I know how much energy I am taking in.
Keep it low fat and increase your daily exercise.
If you want a treat, work it into your daily cal allowance, just don't do it every day.
You need to tailor your plan to suit your lifestyle and don't make it too difficult, otherwise it won't stick:theshadow
