I decided to take this test from the university, comes free with weightlifting class, normally cost $110.

Results:

Height: 5' 10"

Weight: 147lbs. (started at 133 earlier this semester, have gained 14lbs since eating right and training)

BF: 4.4%!!! (sweet, now I know all the weight is lean mass)

Max legpress: 650lbs (estimated from my 3 reps of 6 plates each side, have done 6 reps before, was a little wore out from treadmill cardio test, fucker kept getting steeper and faster!)

Max bench: 160?!?! (sucks hardcore, I worked chest yesterday and was too sore to do any decent amount of weight, only 135 for 3. Yesterday I did 155 for 4 reps, so I know I can do more than 160 max)

Vertical Jump: 24" (not bad for a whiteboy, would like to get to 30" after further training and plyo)

Flexibility: Hamstrings 158*( decent for guys); lower back was excellent at 6.5cm flexion and 7cm extension

V02 max (lung capacity and strength): 36.31ml/kg/min (really poor, she said its due to my anaerobic training from BMX, and that aerobic training would only hurt me. Said not to worry about it)

resting heart rate: 74

Estimated RMR (kcal/day): 1745

And lastly my most proud stat

POWER: 4666 watts
It was in the average category, but she said she had never seen above the fair category (3700-4149). Pretty cool.

Yes guys I know I'm a skinny fuck, but thats why I train and eat good. I'm going the right direction. Any criticism welcome. This is my baseline (natural of course) that I can look back on in 6 months, a year, whatever.

Damn!!! Thats insane. Isn't Ray Allen's like 40"? How the hell did you get it so high?

Also just to say this test was different than other vertical test I have done. We had to go down, pause for 2 seconds, then jump. Kinda weird, don't know if it affected anything. Also some test let you take one step.

My verticle is 38 inches
(trying to find a way to dunk only 5'10)
do plyos and lift hard I think I am goint to give those jumpsoles a try my friend used them and his verticle want up 4 inches

Yup my verticle is 39 1/4, to the pol and i used jump soles for a year, vertice went up 7 inches in 3 weeks. squats and leg extensions seem to help as well.

I went through one of the most intense off season football programs in the country for several years. Our program was like a college or pro team. Coaches from around the country would fly in to watch our program. Speed drills, plyometrics and strength training is how I got the good veticle jump. My friend, who I considered a fat ass had I 39 in Vertical. I could jump up and grab the rim of a 10 ft basketball goal with no problem, and I could almost slam one of those little hand sized basketballs. I wish I still had that type of athleticism. BamBam

Yall have crazy verticles. I can only dream of that. I wanna be able to dunk, I can sometimes touch the rim.

jenkinz, how the hell can you not dunk at 5'10" and a 38" verticle. We are the same height and I can sometimes touch the rim, I think I could dunk easily with another 14". Just seems odd.

Stonewall, I don't get what you're saying, "to the pol and i used jump soles for a year, vertice went up 7 inches in 3 weeks" That makes absolutely no sense to me. How did you get 7" in 3 weeks?
