Fitness Look

Mr. X, and others; I just read a thread where a college kid wants to look more like a mens health fitness model. I used to want to get huge and be musclebound and all that, but getting to 222 pounds with 14% bf was really uncomfortable. Although this isnt really big, or even remotely big i still didnt like it.
I have set some goals for myself in that i want to be in the area of 190 to 195 with 8 or 9 percent bodyfat.
As of two weeks ago i weighed in at 200 pounds with 12%bf. Now this means that over the course of one year i have lost 14 pounds of muscle and 7 or so pounds of fat.
To reach my goals, all i need to do right now is lose 7 to 10 pounds of bodyfat and gain very little muscle.

Right now i am doing a ckd and in a week and a half i have made visible progress.

The whole idea behind this whole mess above is the fact that Mr. X recommended a balanced diet for him.
Now my question.......... would it be just as easy and FAST to reach my goals if i were to follow a 40-30-30 diet or even a 33-33-33 diet as it would to ckd for 6 weeks and bulk for 6 weeks then ckd again.

THIS ALL SUCKS BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT OPTIONS.....ARGGGGHHHHHH.

Here is the problem: there is NO one diet that is optimal for everyone. Most people CAN'T HANDLE a CKD, so they stick to simple balanced diets. It's NOT cal in vs. cal out, that's garbage, when people say that think if you burn 200cal of muscle protein vs. 200cal of fat, then you see the difference. I would say if you have been getting GOOD results w/ the CKD then dont' waste your time thinking about other diets, stick to what works.

Thanks for the fast reply Mr.X. I guess to achieve my results, i will only need 6 to 8 weeks of a CKD, then i will jsut ease into a balanced diet to try to maintain whatever degree of leaness the i can attain.
My only issue with the ckd is that i feel kinda naseous after having so much oil, or just all the fat. i really would rather not even eat sometimes or just use all liquids to aciheve my daily reqs.

So, say i reach my fatloss goals, is it possible to try to SLOWLY add lean mass by using a balanced diet on trainign days +10 or 15% calories, and then use a isocaloric diet on non-traingin days (per bulking basics part two)with 20 to 25 minutes of cardio

That would be a good idea....I would say that as long as you fluctuate caloric intake, you should be able to get maximum anabolism.
