Fitness in the gym but what about fitness on the streets?

Hello everyone (if anyone remembers me). I have something for you all:

Going to the gym works great, for a lot of people. What about the people in America who just don't bother? Who drive to work from their house way out in the suburbs to some destination far away, sit at their desk job, drive home, and then do some other sedentary activity and then go to bed?

Does anyone here support the concept of either walking or cycling to their job, to their friend's house, to a shop, etc? I think it's amazing how everyone used to stay fit 80 years ago when exercise was a requirement to get from A to B. Most people didn't own cars. People walked everywhere. Many jobs required manual labor. Nowadays some people find it a struggle to fit anything in their daily schedule, like a trip to the gym.

What do you think about the concept of using travelling as a way to exercise?

Yes that's a great idea! In Europe...

Yeah that would suck if you lived 45 miles from work like some people around here do...but i guess they would be hell-a-skinny

I think smart living has a lot to do with this. If people lived a couple miles from their job and purposed to always be living near their job, commuting would be easy.

Walkable communities mean a lot too. I would love to have a gym within walking distance, but the nearest gym to meal is 2 miles away and is a SNAP fitness (not a real gym). The nearest real gym is 3 miles away.

pounding girls is a good form of exercise

trick is you have to seal the deal after you wine and dine them
