Why not just write what you eat down on paper? Its quicker.

Once you have fit day set up it has some wonderful features that help you with your diet. Check it out if you haven't already.

Oh, and not writing down anything, and grabbing a burger at the local Micky D's is quicker too. Doesn't mean it's better...

I always write my food intake down, if I don't eat enough protein etc I freak. Maybe I should check it out.

While that may be true, fitday charts & records for you the percentages & plots them out on a chart what you ate per day. Plus if you plan your next day meals the nite b4 you can adjust for protein content, etc pretty easily. It also tracks custom nutrition values as well.....very handy site...

The website itself is still free......but they added a downloadable version that they didn't have before, which there is a charge for....

All the downloadable versions have a charge that I've seen.....

But I use fitday.com daily via internet & I've never paid a dime....
