they should have won the first game they played and they won the 2nd (in giants stadium) during the regular season

even though he had a mediocre year before that, he still draws ALOT of coverage and allows other receivers to get open.

i'll never understand why eagles fans have crucified mcnabb so much.
he's brought them to god knows how many NFC championship games, 1 superbowl which they should have won, and playoffs are a lock almost every year despite being in such a competitive division. he;s had a couple of major injuries but always bounced back

fucking tampa bay losing 4 games in a row to let the only team that gives us major problems. we lost too many players too. we lost our best player on offense, plaxico. on defense, we lost strahan, osi, madison, kawika mitchell, reggie torbor, and justin tuck was playing with a bum knee. we need a new dynamic wide receiver, and new linebackers that are bigtime. our defense was spent in the middle of the 3rd quarter. the suck ass offense didn't do shit to help out.

you remember wrong. i was defending the fact that there is no way your can be the same team if you lose Brady.
we'll be back next year. we get osi back, we'll hopefully pick up a couple of linebackers and a bigtime wide receiver like Boldin or Houshmandzadeh. we'll still have most of our O-Line and D-Line. the thing that will hurt us most is injuries again and if we lose Spags.

Agreed....Its very difficult to find a very good quality QB in the NFL...the eagles have one and want to get rid of him....i dont understand....ill take him anyday....and like you said, he does it with no WR, his best reciever is westbrook, his RB

and how many games did win withouth plaxico? answer: 1. the impact isn't truely felt until playoffs come around because teams raise their level of play up another notch. how many times did we get to McCripple on sunday? the answer: 0. don't tell me not having osi and strahan (two pro bowl defensive ends in a 4-3 defense) didn't hurt alot.
as for the cardinals, they still have fitzgerald and he's an animal of wide receiver. we lost our only bigtime receiver and 2 pro bowler defensive end, one of our best linebackers, and our best defensive end playing with a bum knee.

Im not saying that plax makes a big difference....I think he does....what Im saying is that every team has injuries to key players. And Strahan was retired so he was never on the team this year. I could say the Brett Farve and Kris Jenkins injuries in the last 5 weeks is also why the jets didnt make the playoffs....but that shit happens all the time.....brady/moroney/ with patriots....last year jake delhome was injured.....westbrook for philly....i could go on and on. No doubt that injuries can make or break a season....im just saying its part of football and you really cant use that excuse

what the hell you talking about? this is the nfl, each team is only losing a few players away from being average at best or even less than average. because of a salary cap, you can't lose your key players and still wind up winning the superbowl. How Superbowls will the Patriots win without Brady?

Eagles are a fucking disgrace. Losing to the redbirds in the NFC championship is down right shameful. I want them kicked out of the NFC East. Eagles continue to disgrace us. Idiots were acting like they won the superbowl already, because they knocked the cowturds and the ny football giants out of the playoffs. Guess what you get for that? NOTHING. Bragging rights don't mean anything unless you win it all.
