Fist cycle

Well... I am going to start my first cycle, as soon as I get some good input. I want blow up really nice and pretty fast, but... I don't want something that is sooo strong it has real bad side effects. I am thinking of Test, D-Bol, and EQ, and some winstrol in the end, but I am definatly open for sugestions, because I am new to this. I am probably going to be doing a cycle with my friend, and we are both looking for similar results (BIG!, some definition, you know a good physique). Here are my stats:

Height: 6'5"
Weight: 180 lbs
Desired weight: 220-225lbs

Sustanon 750 mg week 1-2 then 500 mg week 3-10
Deca 300 mg week 1-10
Dbols 25 mg ED week 1-5
Winny 50 mg ED week 6-11
Arimidex/liquidex or even novaldex :)
 
bro what the hell do you mean you dont want to get too big too fast??you wont turn into me or Mr.O in one cycle....but try this..eq at 300-400mgs for 12 weeks..d-bol for 5 weeks at 30mgs..winny at the last 5 weeks at 50mgs ed or eod...test at 400-500mgs for 10 weeks..if you got winny shots are the same has winny pills..but if you got pills 30mgs is fine..shots 50mgs..or what ever..take ALA for the liver at 600-1000mgs a day along with some other liver protectors..and drink a lot of water too...and do some more research...enjoy my friend
 
Before you begin a cycle, get to know each compound, and any possible outcomes. Here is a sample cycle:

week 1-4 30mg D.Bol
week 1-10 500mg Test
week 1-10 400mg EQ
you will need arimidex for Gyno, and clomid for recovery.
It is important that you research clomid and anti-estrogens.
 
Well bro, 40+ lbs of keepable gains on one cycle might not be impossible but I think your expectations are a bit high. You might gain 40 but then you'll lose 10 when you drop the water post-cycle. You'll probably need a couple cycles to get where you want to be.

I like Manny's cycle. If you are going to be drug tested for any reason then go with 400mg of EQ instead of the deca.
 
How old are you? How far have you taken your natural development?

Um....At 6'5 180 I think you have a Loooooooong way to go before you need any pharmecuetical assistance. How long have you been training? What is you diet like? How about your lifestyle? Seems to me like there is a lot of natural work to be done before you need or can benefit from AS. I hardly think you have exhasted your main priorities(diet, training, lifestyle) to the point where you need to take it to the next level.
 
Actually...I have done a lot of work without suppliments and I seem to be going no where. My lifestyle is good, I goto the weight room about 4-5 times a week using the push/pull workout. So I am up for suggestions.
 
Give us a bit more information about your situation. If I had to guess I would say that diet is you main problem right now. Please tell us what your diet is like. Also talk a bit about your training. The only way we can give you any productive suggestions is if you detail more what you are doing. This way we can pin-point the source of your stagnation or lack of progress. Steroids aren't the cure all. If you're at a plateu at your current build it is highly unlickly AS will break through that phase of unproductiveness. It is likely something other than genetics is causing this stagnation and without identifying and curing the source of the problem it will carry over into your cycle and leave you highly dissapointed and discouraged. Give some more detailed info and we'll figure it out.
 
I agree with others....i mean 6'5 180.....thats pretty thin...i mean im 5'6 170..and i dont look that big or anything......

Im thinking reevaluate your diet and training...seems you could add another 20 pounds this year if u wanted to all natural....after that..maybe u can hit some AS....

Well my diet is pretty good, I am staying away from really fatty foods (only on rare occasions i will eat them). I am trying high protein, by eating salads, stir fry, peppered turkey and swiss sandwhiches, and I have been eating a lot, when i am not doing something I am probably eating something, even if it is a bagel. My workout goes something like this (using the push/pull routine)

Monday: Chest/Tricepts
Tuesday: Bicepts/Back
Wednesday: Legs/Abs
Thursday: Off
Friday: Plyometrics
Saturday: Work
Sunday: Work
(Repeat cycle)

If someone has any ideas on what would be good to eat that puts on mass fast I am all ears and don't tell me a seefood diet :) where I eat everything in site, because that can make someone FAT! and I don't want that.

Please help!
 
It's time to start reading nutritional labels. Count the number of carbs/protein/fat that you are eating. Stir fry and bagels are not health food...the general public might "think" they are healthy but you are mistaken. They generally have a ton of carbs and very little protein...the occassional turkey sandwich isn't going to cut it.

You need a dead minimum of 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight. In reality you should eat as much protein as you can stand. You should be eating 6 smaller meals/day rather than 3 large ones (like most people). You'll probably have to buy protein shakes to get your intake over 200 grams/day...it is hard to eat that much meat (in my opinion).

Hang out and ask some questions on the diet/training board. Plyometrics won't do much to help you gain weight. I think it might be time to adjust your workout and make sure you are going heavy (4-6 reps on work sets). That's the best way to add mass. You can tweak it after you've gotten big enough to know how your body responds the best (couple years more than likely).

I'm not telling you not to use gear but if your diet and training isn't correct then your gains will be dissapointing. The next post we'd get from you will be: "I'm in week 5 and haven't gained shit...what's wrong?"
