Fish Oil only in capsules?

After hearing that fish oil is/may be better than flax, I thought I'd order some up from DPS w/ my protein. However, I only found fish oil in capsules. I know in the case of flax, capsules suck. Is this true with fish oil as well? Is it available in liquid from another site? Or am I ok ordering it from dps?

you will hardly find liquid fish oil

caps are OK

but if you can buy them at a local store you'll be sure they have been stored in a cool place

You could get a small amount from cod liver oil but you have to be careful not to overdose on vitamin A. Capsules will most likely be how you consume most of your fish oil but IMO it's more convernient anyway.

Fish oil caps are perfectly fine, when choosing a fish oil though, i would recommend going with a cold-water fich like Salmon because they generally have less impurities

I bought from iHerb, seemed like high quality, but bloats my gut something horrible - too bad cause otherwise I think this is a beneficial supplement - might have to spring for the pharmaceutical grade

im sure if u really look around u can fnd some fish oil in a bottle. its usually real hard to find though

i have to warn you it REALLY tastes bad. i mean, u thought flax was bad......this stuff is rank

You can fish oils in liquid form at any large vitamin shoppe. There's one, I believe it's MaxEpa brand, that actually has a decent flavor to it.

How many of these capsules should I take a day? There's only 234mg of EPA in each one. I'm 6'2", 200lbs if that makes any difference. I think next time I'll order that liquid.
