Fish oil for fat loss

So researching it I really want to add a lot of fish oil when I cut, but how do you guys know when the ratio is good? I keep reading that you want the ratio to be good, whats that mean? Also where do you guys buy your liquid fish oil? Seems like that would be better rather than take 45caps a day

Yea well Ill probably be on the CKD, so there will be refeeds

I am currently taking 2 caps a day, which is 2g I think. but I read that people take 3tbsp a day for fat loss, and since its liquid its like 45g! Seems like a lot

Also wont be taking it on refeed days since fat needs to be low

Yeah a high concentration is ideal. Goodluck.

It's best to try to take 2 g with every meal IMO. So that would be 10-12 g ed. Fish Oil helps insulin sensitivity which is why it is good for fat loss.

I've been taking a tbsp daily forever. I've never really dosed it higher than that since it's so expensive.

I've seen Poliquin recommend 30-45g daily for fat loss/body recomp effects.
