first winstrol delt shot

i noticed it was very random. some days it would be painless (not often), somedays would hurt like a bitch. just pierce the skin quickly, inject slowly, pull out straight and quick. i think even with perfect form your gonna have to deal with some pain most of the time

Inject slooooooooooooooooooooooowly. The water based stuff tends to go in very quickly if you're not careful.

I've now noticed some red blotchy area on my delt. Has this been a problem for anyone, and its still sore as fuck, someone said something about drinking winny? would it produce about the same affect as injecting it? I'm probably going to try inject again in my other arm but if that goes as bad as the first one I might consider drinking if that works also. if drinking is ok do I drink the same dose that I was planning on injecting? 50mg e/o/d?

i think drinking it is about only 1/2 as effective so you need more, just sac up and keep shooting you will get better at it

thanks for the advice... I'm gonna just start shooting it in my glute, at least until my delt heals.

i have had probs with winny too, shot in the delt hurt the day after pretty bad now its very itchy with localised water retention, not sure what to do as i am competing in three weeks
