First trap injection!!

What's up guys did my first trap injection today. It was only my third injection ever, but I like trying everything out. I used a 22x1" pin. When I pulled the cap off the needle, I was thinking there is no way in hell I could do this....so when I went to do it lol it took me about 5 minutes to work up the balls. When I finally pinned it, it was a lot harder to go through then delts or glutes. Anyway, I had mild PIP instantly, like I slept on if wrong or something. I heated the oil, and massaged afterwards. I only did it in one trap to test out the theory of it looking bigger that day due to swelling, and nothing. They both looked the same. Right after injecting, I worked my traps out, and it reduced the soreness greatly. Now, it's barely sore 6 hours later. It was a pain in the ass to do, and I probably won't be adding traps into my rotation unless I start doing ED pins. Just some info for anyone thinking of trying trap injections.

Very interested in pec injections actually. How would I go about doing it though? I've been to spotinjections and all that, but looking for somebody with some experience to tell me how. All I have is 22x1" pins. I'm just sketched about putting an inch deep needle where my heart is lol. I can see me on the news now. I have a very leaned out chest, and don't want to go past the muscle.

I'm sure that pecs will be on his rotation now. I can't imagine that not being painful. Really, no pain? How long of a pin do you use? I might try this.

I pinned into my pecs with a 1/2 inch slin needle a few times but it would be scary with a bigger one , I'd like to learn how to though. I don't think I could do traps though, let alone with a 22g (eeek)

i use 1 inch in my pecs. its easy as hell. if you are a righty then inject into your left pec the first time. where your nipple draw a line to your neck. and flex your pec.. you will see the perfect place to pin. its maybe 2 inches up and to the right if you are looking down at your left pec from your nipple. or go on spot injections and see the picture

nothing to be scared about. if you are worried about pinning in your heart know that it would take a very long and thick needle to get through the breast plate, like in pulp fiction to get to the heart.. not gonna happen with a 1 inch needle.

I'll probably try this Thursday for my next injection. Followed by triceps next Monday!

I wouldn't touch trap injections. Too many nerve endings I wouldn't want to hit.

I hear that a lot but I thought about it and realized I havnt read one thing about anyone hitting anything in the traps after all the trap injects I researched before doing so. Not one case of hitting a nerve or even a vein

I've done them before with insulin pins and work with guys
who use traps on a regular basis on their injection rotation.

You should use a 25 gauge 1 1/2 inch pin and use your glutes and quads to begin with because they are easier to pin and a 25 gauge is painless. IMO a 22 gauge is overkill..

22g is all I have guys. The tractor supply is 2 miles away from my house and I get mine from there. And nobody cares if the needle for a chicken is small lol 22g is smallest they have.

Let me get this straight...you get your pins from a tractor supply store? Have you tried online or is John Deere pretty reputable lol! I'm just joking...no really???
