For a first cycle Winstrol is not what I would recommend, but as the post above says need to list your goals and stats. Also FYI, 50mg of oral Winny is equivalent to about 40mg of injectable once processed through your liver. Pretty hard on your joints too as it dries them up; for support I would run fish oil and milk thistle + a decent multivitamin.

You need a lot more research before doing aas this should not be jumped into without any knoloedge, your diet will drop bodyfat not steroids

Are you wanting to avoid injecting? If not, Test Enanthate for a first cycle. If you were going the path of orals I would stick with Dianabol as it is easy to source and you can get good muscle gains and also cut fat, provided your diet and lifestyle are in place. Winny is just a slang term for winstrol

Dont do any cycles that any body told you to do above. You do not have the knowledge you need to succeed. If you want to loose fat and put on muscle, go to Needtobuildmuscle.com, and pick up a bottle of N2burn. Steps to success as follows.
