First of all hi everyone. I have been doing a good bit of research on compounds. I have made up my mind I want to take the plunge. I don't want to sound like a little girl but I don't want to damage my body and that's why I am asking advice. I am 198lbs 69 inches and 28 yrs old. I run 15 miles a week, pt everyday, and train at the gym 5x times a week. According to the army I have 18%bf. I realize I should be around 12% before starting any cycle from the research I have been doing. I'm not training to be a body builder but would like to burn fat and build muscle. My diet consists now of eggs, boneless skinless chicken breasts, fat free skim milk, a lot of fruits and vegetables, fish, and some oatmeal. I have been lifting weights for about three years now and I'm having trouble losing bf. I don't know if I should do a winstrol only cycle, a test e 500mg wk cycle or a stack of the two. I have done research I just want to hear some opinions, any help appreciated. Pic to follow
