First timer with questions

First of all hi everyone. I have been doing a good bit of research on compounds. I have made up my mind I want to take the plunge. I don't want to sound like a little girl but I don't want to damage my body and that's why I am asking advice. I am 198lbs 69 inches and 28 yrs old. I run 15 miles a week, pt everyday, and train at the gym 5x times a week. According to the army I have 18%bf. I realize I should be around 12% before starting any cycle from the research I have been doing. I'm not training to be a body builder but would like to burn fat and build muscle. My diet consists now of eggs, boneless skinless chicken breasts, fat free skim milk, a lot of fruits and vegetables, fish, and some oatmeal. I have been lifting weights for about three years now and I'm having trouble losing bf. I don't know if I should do a winstrol only cycle, a test e 500mg wk cycle or a stack of the two. I have done research I just want to hear some opinions, any help appreciated. Pic to follow

welcome to elite bro... well i will be honest... something here isn't adding up... if you are training hard which it sounds like you are and you are eating right, which from what you described, its not too bad then your body should be a lot lower than it is... something isn't adding up here... i'll wait to see your pic first before i go any further with recommendations because its possible the body fat test is off or its possible you are not working hard enough... post the pic and we will go from there...
 
Pic up Thanks, I did forget to mention the army body fat test measures largest part of midsection and neck. They take this and throw in a formula and determine based on height. I do not know how accurate this is by the way

You don't need steroids at this point in your life. You need to learn to eat 100% correct and to train right while resting enough. What does your typical day's diet look like? Also, how is your week's training routine laid out? If we can get all that sqaured away properly and you stick to the lay-out faithfully, then you'll notice a BIG difference in 12 months, GUARANTEED!
 
Usually get 4-5hrs asleep a night due to job. Wake up mon wed and fri and run 5 miles in 40 min. The other days is just other workouts is. Upper body, abs, army pt. After pt 5 eggs 1 piece of wheat toast. Maybe a Yoplait yogurt. Lunch and dinner consist of either esparagus, brocoli, lima beans with brown rice and a meat which is either chicken, fish it flank steak. My gym routine is probably retarded one muscle group a day bi's chest, tris, back, legs 2 days rest. I do three sets of 10 and usually go for 1 1\2 hrs
 
too much running... not a good enough diet, and you aren't lifting enough. I would of never guessed you lifted weights by your pic.

you want to build muscle and lose fat. we all want that man. you gotta start from the beginning and build a lifting split and get a good diet together.
 
Hey guys thanks for the info. I'll get my diet fixed and start hitting the weights more. As for running I can't do much about that. The man makes me lol. Thanks for the advice guys, im glad I received some input before wasting money on gear and screwing my body up.

he cant do crap about the running in the service..its dependent on your MOS and command

Id agree his diet is probably lousy if he lives on post..the choices just arent great
post gyms are usually pretty good tho, not awesome but good...so no excuse there
 
Drill sergeant sir...I cannot run today because I want to get big sir! He would be running like Forrest Gump for the next month!

What is your MOS and rank? There's only a couple jobs in the army that make you run that much. I understand your issue though. It was hard for me to put on size in the Marine corp. I ate a lot of protein AND carbs before and after a run. Then a nice break. Then more food, and gym time. It's hard to get a good work out after you run five miles. You need to rest in between.

I tried to keep my running to 3 miles a day. Then when I picked up E4 I started running every other day.

@OP - I am SO glad you decided to do the sensible thing. Have you been to the Bodydbuilding and Diet forum yet like I suggested?
