After reading lots of articles and a book, this is the stack I came up with as a first time user. I have used alternatives on and off for a year already. Included will be protein 400g/d, carbs 500g/d, fat 100g/d, water 130ozs/d. Im 5’9 at 170lbs at 12% bf. My ultimate goal is 185-190lbs at 8% bf. I’m not expecting to reach this on my first cycle. Also I’m an ectomorph.

Wk2 -- 15mg/d --- 200mg/w ---- 300mg/w
Wk3 -- 25mg/d --- 300mg/w ---- 400mg/w
Wk4 -- 15mg/d --- 400mg/w ---- 500mg/w
Wk5 -- 10mg/d --- 400mg/w ---- 500mg/w
