First Timer Stack

After reading lots of articles and a book, this is the stack I came up with as a first time user. I have used alternatives on and off for a year already. Included will be protein 400g/d, carbs 500g/d, fat 100g/d, water 130ozs/d. Im 5’9 at 170lbs at 12% bf. My ultimate goal is 185-190lbs at 8% bf. I’m not expecting to reach this on my first cycle. Also I’m an ectomorph.

------- Dbol ------- EQ -------- test-ent

Wk1 -- 10mg/d --- 100mg/w ---- 200mg/w
Wk2 -- 15mg/d --- 200mg/w ---- 300mg/w
Wk3 -- 25mg/d --- 300mg/w ---- 400mg/w
Wk4 -- 15mg/d --- 400mg/w ---- 500mg/w
Wk5 -- 10mg/d --- 400mg/w ---- 500mg/w
Wk6 ------------- 400mg/w ---- 500mg/w
Wk7 ------------- 300mg/w ---- 400mg/w
Wk8 ------------- 200mg/w ---- 300mg/w
Wk9 ------------- 100mg/w ---- 200mg/w
Wk10 ------------ 100mg/w ---- 200mg/w

Of course I will have Nolv on stand by and will begin using it on Wk 12 of my cycle up to wk 17 at 40mg, longer if needed. Any advice?

No need to pyramid..For your first cycle go either test or eq plus the dbol
option#1
Test @500mg/wk 1-10
D-bol 20-30 mg/day wk1-4

option #2
EQ @4-600mg/wk 1-10
D-bol run same as above

The test/dbol may give you some bloat get some a-dex, nolva on hand is good if gyno appears as well as for pct..Also i did not see you list your pct..theres a sticky above will help answer some of your questions..i would read it..
 
only 10 grams of dbol a day for the first week? thats only like, enough to kill a small elephant.. sure hope you meant mg instead
 
Since test is the base of most cycles you need to learn how your body responds to test..Nothing wong with EQ for your first cycle but you will make better gains with test..

I read that pyramiding lowers the chances of side effects and helps you to retain your gains better by slowing increasing and decreasing the doses overtime thus allowing your levels to adjust

When you say better, do you mean as far as bulking or overall such as muscle density, hardness and vascularity?
 
well vascualrity is really more genetic and a function of BF..Look at some BB'er and they almost have no vascualrity with 3% BF..Test will build more muscle and get you stronger than EQ alone..Im not knocking EQ but you should not be running 900mg of gear on your first cycle..Pick one based opn your goals!!

Wow, I've read that pyramiding is worthless. You're still going to shut down and require appropriate PCT.

I hear ya bro. It makes since. I didn't look at it as 900mg of gear, but rather only 400mg EQ and 500mg Test. I'll give your first option a shot and see how my body reacts. Thanks

Yeah I know! There are so many different opinions and experiences. I read that about pyramiding in "The Steroid Bible". I have to read more on PCT for I know that I'm going to use Nolva, but I'm not sure if I need HCG as well. I also know about this company that makes something called Intermission and they say that it's better than Clomid. This is the same person who wrote "Steroids 101". I've been using his alternativesoff and on for about a year, but I've hit a plateau. I have managed to packed on about 15lbs of muscle in about 4 months with it, but nothing after that.

Wk7 ------------- 40mg/w ---- 500mg/w

Although, if this is your first cycle, I'd just drop the EQ and do the dbol and test. You could also run test for 12 weeks. If you look on this board there is a PCT sticky with excellent information on it. I like drjmw's protocol on there, but as you've noted everyone has their own opinions...

You might want to check out "Anabolics 2004" and "Legal Muscle". I beilieve you'll likely have folks who'll also tell you to check out "Building the perfect Beast" as well. It's not like you can ever have too much information when going into this.

EXACTLY! Pick either the test or eq. If you are running test go with 250-500mgs a week. If you are going with the eq stick to 400mgs a week. Keep the dbol between 20-30mgs a week.

BTW, pyramidng is not a bad think especially with the test. But with EQ i feel its kinda pointless..
 
I included EQ because I read that it really helps you to eat more by increasing your appetite and being that I'm an ectomorph, I need some serious calories! Will Test alone increase my appetite?

You mean dbol at 20 - 30mg a day, not a week, right?

Eq does cause an increase in appetite, but i would not rely on it. One you start to eat more your body will adjust to it and it will crave more cals. Step up the intensity of your workouts, maybe this will help your hunger.

But dont think that by just throwing in eq that it will make an enourmous difference in appetite. If you have the mindframe that if i dont eat i wont grow, then trust me you will force feed yourself because of your realization of the importance of food.

Stick to the test and dbol, you'll be good to go..
