first timer .. please be easy on me

Ok .. well for starters .. I read the sticky

I'm 6'2 195

Been lifting for about 4-5 years now. And honestly I cannot for the life of me get above 195. You might be thinking WOW thats not big at all .. really? I started at 165 .. I was frail .. Its been a struggle to throw on a pound , nevermind 30. I'm going to be 23 in a month.

Anyways .. I am going to be doing test ethanate 500 mg a week .. so 250 injects twice a week.

Now .. I used to have acne, then i took accutane (finished my course 6 months ago) and I rarely get a pimple. being that skin used to be sensitive do you think this will really flare it up?

Second question .. Say I do an 8 week cycle .. is that really a pretty safe way to do it ? I can do 10 or 12 .. but I want to play it safe with 8 .. Realistically if my diet is in check , how much weight gain should I expect if my diet / training is in check? And after its all said in done post PCT how much should remain on a successful cycle?

Third question .. and its a silly one .. does doing this .. make my **** smaller? I know there is testticular atrophy .. but what about your shaft? (I know laugh it up)

Ok .. and the last thing ..Anyone have a how to inject properly video .. I know this all sounds really pathetic .. but I've done my research on what exactly test E is and what my PCT is .. but some of the more basic things still plague me and I'd rather keep this on the low then start asking friends who talk WAY too much.
 

i hear ya mate but my mind is made up .. my frame tells another story .. if i stop lifting ill be 175 in two weeks and then float around 170 soon after. I've played that game before. Currently I take in around 3k a day , high protein , decent amount of carbs.

I want to do this once and just keep it going .. its been almost 5 years now of steady lifting .. and I need a boost.
 
Well here's what i can offer you. I think 8wks is too short with test e. Id say go 10. My first cycle was test e 500mg for 12wks & I had incredible gains. I get "some" acne every cycle,nothin real bad though. Its caused from excess estrogen cause test aromatises so Ive read. So expect some...could be alot for you,some people break out bad. Everbodys different. Your shaft wont shrink, thats more of the false crap you here from people who dont what the hell they are talking about. Go to www.spotinjections.com that should help you. Post your planned pct so these guys can help you with it. Its a major part of the puzzle bro. No one can tell you how much weight you will gain or what you will keep after your cycle. Just too many things influence that. Congradulations on your progress thus far! Thats a hell of an accomplishment! Read & learn...then read & learn some more. Lots of experienced guys here that can help you & care about you doing it right. Welcome to EF

cool man , I really appreciate the post. I used to take in 3500-4k a day and the highest ive ever been was 197. If I cycled I'd probably aim for 4k+ always and no more than 4500 a day. I hoenstly just want to get to about 210 , which I'm sure would be attainable. I don't want to be the incredible hulk. I feel like I've hit somewhat of a plateau in my lifts .. because my #'s haven't moved and I've tried different routines / just about everything.

My PCT will consist of Novadex and Thistle Milk and I'm completely exhausted so I know I'm leaving something out ..

I hear ya on the acne .. and i've seen some people break out like whoa, which is what I fear the most. I feel like my skin is somewhat under control at this point, I don't break out easily anymore, but I guess there's always that risk factor.

Other than that .. I'm honestly wanting to start this within the next 2-3 weeks .. I've got the money and whatnot .. I just want to get over this cough I have and be completely healthy when its gametime.

Will easing off creatine (currently taking green mag as a preworkout supp) hurt my gains? I cycled off green mag for a month and got back on about a month ago.
 
Can you post what a days diet looks like? Diet is what will give you the most gains on the long term. Doesn't sound like you have a true handle on that part of the game. We are all here to help, so post up and we can go from there...

Ok well a rough idea of what my daily intake looks like :

Wake up
2x Turkey Sandwhiches on Wheat Bread
Piece of fruit (apple, orange, plum, peach depends on day)
Protein Shake w/ BCAA's
Orange Juice
Multi V / Fish Oil

Workout

Protein Shake / BCAA's

1 1/2 ish hours later
2x Grilled or Boiled Chicken Breasts
w/ brown rice / salad

3 Hours Later

Either grilled chicken breasts again or ground beef w/ rice / salad again

Late Evening :
Large Bowl of Cereal or a lot of times I cook chili in bulk which is lean ground beef / pink beans / seasonings over rice)

Often times one of those meals won't be rice it will be mashed potatoes or baked potatoes as a sub .. because I obv can't eat rice 24-7 and that wouldn't be good anyways.

I'm really tired / hungover (just finished sumemr classes last night wooot woot !!) so I'm probably not 100 % dead on but thats a rough estimate.

Depending on my portions that can be anywhere from 3k - 5k .. (sometimes ill have a plate that is monstrous, other times not so much)

I should also add that my fluid intake is either water or gatorade or these goya fruit drinks (250 cals each) that taste amazing.

Instead of mashed potatos used a Sweet Potato/Yam. Delicious and complex carbohydrates. And...everybody's diet is different but I find the diet that worked for me for bulking was 50 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs 7 times a day. That was what I used on my first cycle of Test E 250mg and Deca 200mg. I gained 30 lbs and kept about 24 or so. Post up in the diet section and ask for advice because your cycle will be a waste if you don't take advantage of the diet.

You may break out. I do.

Your dick will be same size but you may get erections more often due to the testosterone.

Nolvadex only is frowned upon on these forums as a PCT. Most people use HCG and Adex or even Sustain Alpha and Adex.

well man im glad your doing the research and you seem to actually care about your body and how it effects you but you still gotta understand that steroids are just a way to enhance your already workout and abilitys they do not create new ones what im saying is at 22 you should be generating natural test pretty easy so i dont understand why you cant gain but my first thought would be you need to eat alot of serious protein calories dont mean anything really its the carbs and protein sugar and so on you need to do 70% protein 20% carb and 10%fat i know your going to have sugar but just dont eat junk food or anything like that sugar is in everything me personally i dont drink sweet tea or pop or anything with sugar in it let alone eat anything that is just sugar........but in my opinion and by no means do i know everything i would suggest you fix the diet before starting a cycle and if you have to watch a video on how to inject i would seriously consider waiting or finding another way because you can screw some major shit up if you dont inject it right..... BEST OF LUCK MAN HOPE THIS HELPS

Your diet needs to be in check for you to get the best gains along with a good workout program.

You have came to the right place as there are a lot of knowledgeable Bros here and this for has a section on diet and training so you can get all the help you need.
