FIRST TIMER need advice. For atletics and speed

I am planning on starting a cycle real soon. But I am doing recearch on what to cycle with. I am very green on this so I will explain what I am trying to accomplsh.

I am 5'10" 235 15-16% fat
I am playing some semipro football. I am looking for an overall stregnth gain and speed. I have been told to cycle Test 400 for 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off.
I eat a semi healthy diet.
no alcohol.

Should I stack? With What? Am I going to be fragile? Can I keep doing cardio?
How much and how often?


I lift 5 days a week. I do cardio 4-5 days a week. I start my season in april and need gains. Please advice on what and how long I am wanting to be as safe as possiable. Not really looking to stack and is useing trak creatine and conjunction is it a good idea. Looking for 6-8 week cycle plans please help Thanks

You should cycle the test for 8 weeks. Even though u said u only wanted to do one, I would recomend EQ with it also since that helps alot with endurance.(500mg/week).
 
I am planning on cycling twice if all goes well and then on from there.

Also I am not set on test I am lookng for the best to cycle. I know test hurts like hell.

Info is great. I am wanting to start asap. just want to get the right cycle though.
