first timer a little help

i curently weigh 255 trying to loose weight and cut fast. a friend told me to take winstrol depot once a week i want to fill my body with muscle. use to weigh 285 what could i take and how much my goal weight is about 230 with alot of lean muscle

worry about burning the fat and getting in shape first
 
what is your bf%. you don't say your height. can you see your abs. your bf is above 12% you are not 6 4 and you can't see your abs than you do not need to take winstrol. it is not magic that will turn you into a ripped statue. if you are already lean winstrol will give the muscles more vascularity and hardness. it is not a fat burner. you need to change diet and train hard in order to cut up, then you start using gear

your friend dont have a clue what he is talking about. winny's half life is to short to take once a week. how much are you gonna take? are you gonna take it by mouth or injection? you need something else to take it with like some clen. but these drugs aren't miracle cures. whats your diet like, you stats, how much cardio do you do. these things will play a bigger role than the drugs that you take. you still gotta work for it.

Its all in the diet my friend. you can get lean taking dbol. Just have to have your calorie intake correct. Here's the best piece of info I can give you: Log what you eat for a month. Count all the calories and get an avg. daily amount. Figure in your fat calories, carb, and protein calories. I prefer 25% fat, 40% carb, 35% protein,not everyone will agree. Then you need to drop your calorie intake by 500 a day. You should start loosing weight. When you plateau, drop another 500 and so on and so on until you reach desired weight. Adding in cardio is a must. You don't have to use 500 a day its just a round number. But I've seen doctors use that number so it sounds good. There are plenty of websites that give you calories on any and every food out there. At first it kinda sucks measuring what you ate, but you'll find you probably eat the same shit most of the time. So eventually it will become almost effortless. Good luck.
