be sure to rotate spots, try not to move the needle around, try heating up the oil, try shooting right after you get out of a hot shower, try putting a heating pad on the area you shot immediately. those all have helped me.

I'd increase it...take a shot every 4 days or so...that should put you in the area of 400mg/wk...perfect for a first timer. Also, take here's advice...heat up the oil, shoot after a shower, and throw a heating pad on the area after you're done to increase local blood flow and disperse the oil.

Totally normal bro. I asked the same questions after my first shots. The pain will last 4 days or so but will lessen overtime with each injection. I'm in my 7th week of sust 500 and I still get a little pain but nothing like the first couple of shots.

My first inject was sust and let me tell you...i was walking like someone hit me w/a bat..hurt like a mofo and i was limping for days

ok this is completly off topic but since im new to this site and this game i gotta ask.. the titles under your name, where do they come from.. some people are 'mutants' pr 'pro body builders' and under mine it says all natural which i didnt put there.. just curious is all. also how do i add a quote to my profile?

The titles are based on levels of "coolness". The cooler you are the better your title. For example, "Mutant" is a senior level title that gives me great pride. I remember way back when I had the lowly title "all natural" . It was a very dark depressive time in my life but I worked my ass off to climb the ranks here at EF to achieve the title "mutant". Looking back, it was all worth the effort.

LOL...you bastard! I wondered why everyone had different titles these days. Oh well, I like to do it the old fashioned way...I wonder if there are any more titles I can conquer? I wouldn't mind going back to being a broly either, i always thought that was a funny word.
