First Time....

Ok, I am getting ready to start my first cycle in one month. I am 6'2" 200 at 9%, will turn 22 during cycle. I have trained for a long time, though not always heavy weights. Through HS we only lifted 2x per week compared to 4-5x per week now.

Week 1-4
Dbol-25mg
Week 1-8
Sust-500mg
Three weeks after last shot start clomid.
I have nolva on hand as well. I could change the dbol dosage as that will not dry me out. Same thing with the test. I am looking at this as being a bulking/strength cycle. I was also considering injectable b-12 to start in the next week or so to get my appetite way up. I also have enough papervar to run 5 weeks at 40mg/day, as well as enough clen to cycle 2wks on 2wks off for two months. I have also stocked up on whey and creatine. (purchased a 35lb bag as well as a 2000g creatine bottle) I am looking at saving the clen and var for a spring cutter. Let me know what you guys think. Should I keep these dosages or change them up? Is the b-12 worth it? Thanks
 
You should get good results. I ran almost that exact same thing my first cycle and got excellent gains.

sure shoot it prior 1 hr before training...pref around 600-800mcgs...don't mix it with anything the effects are more pronunced!
