im 32 i train 3-4 days a week i run everyday 2 miles @least..not sure the pct is lol i told u i was new... test ethanate..and tren not sure what type..i drink a shit ton of water..and i eat about 3000 cals a day
this is my first cycle..not sure on bf..i have abs lol
