Personally if I were deciding this guys cycle for him, I would put him on winstrol and Albuteral. Cardio in the mornings on empty stomach 20 mins EOD for 3 weeks, then bump up to 30mins EOD for 3 weeks, then bump up to 40mins EOD for three weeks OR 30 mins ED (6 days week).
Keeping his training with reps in the 10-12 range on all exercises, moderate amount of sets, with heavy BCAA/Arginine/Caffiene/ACL support 4x a day.
He WILL see improvements in line with his expectations at this rate.
