First time using sustanon 300

I'm thinking about running 500mg/wk. This is my first time so I am only running sust300, what can I expect to gain using only this? Should I stack???? Any info is appreciated. Also can I run gnc nolvadex as a pct?

No. Gnc products are not sufficient protection for juice.

what are your stats?

I think you need to do more research. the questions you ask are things you should know before juicing.. stick around for a few months and learn some more, everything you need on this site.

22/M/205 lbs BF 10% BMI 24.41 WHR 0.94. been working out since 17, joined marines same year, been Mostly doing cardio, but also incorporate heavy weights. Take creatine, protein supps. Bench 325 max. I'm a licensed personal trainer and know all about health tolls and "natural weight gain", have never delved into gear but all the pain I put my body through hasn't provided the result I ultimately want, finally broke down and decided to use gear. Like I said before, this is my first cycle and don't know much about the whole pct Area of it all and need help.
 
As others have said, we need stats, however 500mg of test is a great first cycle... and GNC products will not get the job done. Basically I am just agreeing with what has already been said to you. :D

Just got your PM and replied explaining stats... I should also add your workout history is not informative. Cardio is not working out, running is not working out. By workout history we want to know how long you have been consistently doing heavy weight training. If you have been off and on with weights for 7 years but only started doing them every week without fail for 6 months... you have been lifting for 6 months, not 7.5 years. The first 7 years was playing around and never moves one out of the complete novice stage.

If you're a licened personal trainer ,I won't knock you for that, even i reached my limit and got fustrated when i looked into the mirror,at least you have diet and nutrition on your side.

But! please do study up more ,Knoledge is power!
 
Stats: 22 M 205 lbs, BF 10% BMI 24.41 WHR 0.94. This is my first cycle of gear.
Started working out in 2007, i worked out everyday 5 days a week for an hour and a half, warmed up with 130. I started out benching 170 max for 10 reps, went to iraq for a year so i quit lifting, didnt lift again for a year after i came home. When i started again i stayed at 170 then in 60 days I remaxed at 325 for 3 reps and Plateaued there. Eventually I got so burned out I decided to try sust.
As for what I was taking; just protein, creatine, methyl-1 and some bunk ass liquid d-Bol.
