Most people will try to talk you out of it. You do need to get taht bf off down and research a lot more and gain more knowledge and yo ucan get that from here. But the most used first cycle is 250 mg 10 wk of test enthante. thats jut a basic cycle and a good one for beginners. just read and research a lot more and try doing 30 mins of cardio every morning before you eat anything and i gurnatee you'll see results quick!
