First Time Post -Help sorting out all the conflicting info

Ok guys I will try to make a long story short. I am looking for a bit of information on 1.) Recommended First Cycle with PCT 2.) As I am learning a lot about this, there seems to be a ton of conflicting info, how do you sort it all out and know whats relevant to a first timer. 3. First let me say I am not asking for sources okay...but any advice on finding sources that can be trusted. I've seen a few sources but dont know if they are trustable sources.

31 yo, Four years ago broke back in a car accident, docs fucked me up good, especially the medication Lyrica - balloned me up to 272. When I finally fired all the docs, got off all the meds, did everything they told me not to do, and got back in the gym, cleaned up the diet, I finally got better. In the gym for six months now, have went from 272 to 226 while adding quite a bit of muscle mass. I gain muscle pretty easily on my own -- for example I added an inch and a half to biceps in the last ten weeks -- maybe thats just beginners advantage.


To Summarize my current steps:

Two alternating full body lifts six days a week, this is periodized with other routines changing up about every 3 weeks. This is just the current phase. I have a very fast muscle recovery time naturally. I am handling this with no signs of overtraining.

Eight minute cardio warm up. Eight minute cardio cool down. (I've found when I do more cardio, the weight loss stops. What’s up with that??)

2000 Cal diet per day, give or take a 150 Cal.
High protein diet, lower on carbs and limited decent healthy fats
Protein 200 to 220 grams a day, Carbs 130 to 150 grams, and fats around 60 grams - mostly monounsaturateds. Food sources are lots of lean meat - chicken and salmon, veggies -broccoli and cauliflour, peanut butter, citrus fruit, almonds, only Whole wheat bread and limited amounts of that, and 2 to 4 cups 1% Milk.

Multivitamin
Vitamin E 1000IU
CLA/ALA combo
Fish Oil
Glutamine
Chromium Picolinate
Vitamin C 2000mg
Whey Protein
Creatine Monohydrate
Green Tea
Glucosamine Chondroiton with MSM and Hyaluronic Acid
B Complex
ZMA
BCAA

6OXO which I seem to respond to fairly well to. It causes a noticeable increase in libido, some back/shoulder acne and seems to make a small difference in gaining faster.

As a guy thats been heavy, and still has some more to lose, I want to avoid anything that might result in gyno or the wet bloated look. Acceleration of fat loss and lean gains and vascularity are my primary objectives.

Knowing these things what is recommended for first cycle and PCT?

So you want to dabble with AA.S. Tell you what, that's a great first post and a good way to start getting feedback. I'm going to give you a free week of platinum membership. Take advantage of the search feature...read, read, and read until your head explodes. Get some info on test only cycles, test stacked with E.Q, preemo, v.ar, de.ca, wins.trol, etc.

I'll let others chime in with sample cycles, welcome to EF :)

we will be glad to help u with everything but the source question.

a good first cycle would be a single ester (use test/e or test/c) test only cycle for 10 weeks at a low dose of 250mg ew. for pct u could get away with either nolvadex (40mg ed for the first 2 weeks then 20mg ed for the last 2) or clomid (50mg ed for the first 2 weeksn then 25mg ed for the last 2) only for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after the last pin.

have an AI on hand such as adex. have all supplies in hand b4 even thinking about starting your cycle.

the diet and training are two seperate issues that should be handled in the other forums. though i do see some initial issues with what u wrote about both.
 
Welcome, EF is extremely informative, tons of help here on the board....just read and your learn tons.
Most will say a first cycle should stick to single compound.

Test E or C- 250mg/week
with proper PCT

Now that I have some important information added to the arsenal now its time to head over to the diet and training section, to see what concerns 8and20 is seeing. Thanks again to everyone. This site clearly rocks, blows away anyone else. I am impressed by the bro/fraternity type of interactions and help on here, thats rare in a world of pissy posters.
