Heres what I am rolling with bros, this was 2 months ago before I started this cycle. This was taken in the morning, cold, and flat before eating. Stats 180, 5'7" around 7-9% bf I think... maybe less.

var 75mg ed
aifm 2-4 pumps per day

I am up from 180 to 190 in 4 and half weeks and haven't added any noticeable fat. Strength is really starting to climb once i figured out what serious eating is.

I checked your site, but how do I transfer pics from brolyhost.com to here? I normally just transfer pics off my digital camera onto my pc, them upload them to the post.
