I did a lot of research on this site so as to avoid any really stupid questions. I am going to start a 2 on/ 2 off cycle next week. What should I take during the off cycle (t-rex, eca, etc.). Should i try to go into calorie deficit as much as I can, or set a minimum of like 1,500-1,800 calories a day. I am 5'9" and 210 pounds with 23% body fat. I don't want to mess around with T-3 right now. Have been working out on and off for a few months. I just want to get down to about 10% bf. A few pros in my gym said that with clen alone you could drop 15-20 lbs in a month, but that sounds far-fetched to me. Thanks for any input.
 
You should be taking shit right now. POst up your diet and training routine and then we will help you. 23% is way too fucking high to even think about something like that. On and off the gym you've got to be shitting me.

23% bodyfat, the only thing you should be taking is a good diet

yep, on and off obviously aint working.....hit cardio hard, eat low fat foods and dont eat any carbs after 4pm....try to stay at 2000 cals or under..establish a good workout routine, get your body used to being pushed physically, then begin your clen cycle...

Massive bump here but saying don't eat carbs after 4pm is the biggest load of BroScience shit ever.
