I did a lot of research on this site so as to avoid any really stupid questions. I am going to start a 2 on/ 2 off cycle next week. What should I take during the off cycle (t-rex, eca, etc.). Should i try to go into calorie deficit as much as I can, or set a minimum of like 1,500-1,800 calories a day. I am 5'9" and 210 pounds with 23% body fat. I don't want to mess around with T-3 right now. Have been working out on and off for a few months. I just want to get down to about 10% bf. A few pros in my gym said that with clen alone you could drop 15-20 lbs in a month, but that sounds far-fetched to me. Thanks for any input.
