First time hgh 20 years old?

Hi, sorry for the common thread but i've searched and can't find any advice specific to me, wondered if anyone could help.
Im 20 years old, 6ft 1 and 110kg, bulikng for rugby purposes with hgh
I have a 100iu blue top 99.9% pure somatropin kit, my bacteriostatic water, 100insulin needles and alco wipes, i'm set to start but wanted to get advice on how best to use my 100iu
fairly open ended question but would appreciate some IU and injection timing advice in response.

First of all, you are pretty young and should not be using exogenous hormones.


Second of all, you think 100iu is enough to get big and strong with GH?

You don't swell up with mass and strength within weeks like you do with steroids while using GH. GH should be used for atleast 20 weeks, and you have enough for about 5 1/2 weeks at 3iu per day. at 2iu per day, you have enough for 7 weeks. That's what I would do with the 100iu.

do you know what all the potential side effects are? Do you know what to do to treat the sid effects and avoid some of them?

Next time, research and know what you are doing before buying something like this. Had you done this, you wouldn;t have got just 100iu ful well knowing you would need about 3X that much to do a succesful GH run.


The rules of th eboard state that those under 21 are not to recieve any help, but I am saying this so that you dont go misusing it and expect to see something from it and don't, and in turn fuck something up in the process.


My advice to you is to not use it bro. Doing squats and deadlifts make th ebody release enough growth hormone for anabolism, and at your age, you should be able to make great leaps in size, strength and power without drugs.
 
Too young, you don't even need GH or anything like that bro.. your hormone levels are already off the roofs... just stop being lazy and good diet and you'll be good in no time...
You won't even notice much with GH for a few months' anyways .. so might as well be natural.
 
just eat twice as much food as you're eating now, and do your squats, deads, bench presses, OHPs, and cleans. Keep adding weight to the bar every week. take in 500 grams of protein a day. You will grow.
 
20? what are you a semi pro body builder? Is this your life and livelyhood? If not don't do it because you will not see the same results as others older than you and you will mess yourself up pretty good if you get fakes.
 
At 20, there is virtually no chance your own HGH levels are low. Cranking your HGH up exogenously won't do anything.

I wanted to use this 100iu to cut out a little bit of body fat and perhaps help me get on the way to putting on some size again, been lifting 4 times a week changing programs and alternating between plyometrics and weights doing plenty of squats and deads but recently have not been making any progress when it comes to weight gain,
i appreciate what you're all saying and that i'm still young but it's a choice i have already made and its alot safer than me going near steroids now and as i'm drug tested its a good option for me,
Would appreciate some reasoned dosage and injection timing advice please, from what i've seen there's arguements for almost every injection timing and dose from 5iu on alternate days split morning and evening, just before bed to simulate the bodies natural hgh production, in the morning to keep hgh levels at a constant high etc anyone have an opinion?

5 IU's day even at 3.5 shots/week = 17.5 IU's / week.

(also, split HGH doses but never shoot it right before bed or within one hour either way of a large or sugary meal)

100 IU's / 17.5IU's/week = 5.7 weeks of HGH

That would be like drinking 1/3 of a beer -- what's the point of that?

So you have two options:

1) Buy about 400 IU's more so you can do about 30 weeks. That way, you can show-up here in about six months and say: "HGH didn't do shit for me and I spent $$$$$$$!!!!!!" (like all 20 year old's do).

Or

2) Use a tiny sliver of that $$$$$ from HGH and buy one of the fat burners available through this site's sponsors. Combine that with skipping a vice or two (i.e. ice cream, potato chips, or whatever your worst indulgence is) and you can get that shredded 20 y/o look.
 
ok well thanks for some constructive advice :) it may feel like you're banging your head on a brick wall but now i've bought it, it seems like I have to run the 100ius now and if nothing happens well expensive lesson learned im cant get shredded as my overall weight is important for my rugby, thanks anyway

NP. I don't mean to sound so harsh, but even the biggest HGH advocates in the world (like me) say you won't feel a thing from HGH for at least six months. At six months, you'll get a little more lean muscle, slight fat loss and a little better recovery from workouts if you're an old fart like me (42 y/o).

At about a year to a year and a half, you'll notice improvements in your skin firmness and connective tissue (i.e. less tendonitis, stronger joints). But at 20, if your skin isn't firm, you've got bigger problems than not using HGH.

At about two to two and a half years of continuous HGH, I noticed the true "anti-aging" effects. That's when I decided to do it for life.
