FIRST TIME CYCLE: were dosages too low?

ok more clarifying on training

i have been doing olympic lifitng for 10 years not power lifting or body building to let u all know. so that is why upper body strength is lagging lower body strength because in olympic lifting u dont do much upper body work.

i have benched 225 for 3 reps before cycle without even doing any bench what so ever. and it went up to 315 for a double not bad i think.

i have snatched 300lbs and clean and jerked 380lbs. and have squated 505lbs and military pressed 220 lbs.

and deadlifted 585lbs.

and i have jerked 400lbs of racks.

all this is drug free prior to this first cycle.

I would have to go with the consensus that the sus was bunk, Just coming into my 4th week on sust, Same dose and its really kicking in hard now. Put on 11 lbs aswell, With a bit of bloat.

agree with slyder 190, because i have not cured yet, but my older brother gained VERY MUCH on ONLY 250MG SUST E/W

I think the sust must have been fake....

A friend of mine gained 22 pounds on 500mg sust every week, and sust only!!

My Sust first cycle, I frontloaded Sust @ 500 for first 2 weeks and then dropped back to 250. I was up 13 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks with a lot of bloat. Used L-dex and got the bloat under control and weigh back down. 6 weeks in, I am up 12 lean pounds. My Bf% has gone down 4 % since start.
