First Time Cycle (newbie)

Hay guys,

23, 11"1/2 stone. 31" waist. Ex-smoker.

Decided to get fit about 6 months ago and have done quite well so far (got down from 12"1/2 st. I've been taking Creatin and Norateen II but want to try somthing a little stronger. I've been reading up for about 2 months now and am so confused about what to take with what and when etc....

I'm planing to do a cycle begining of feb next year so I'm trying to get a plan together. I train 5-6 days a week upper body one day lower the next with 30 min cardio in the mornings. Not looking to get hugh or lose loads of weight would just like to get a little bigger and a little more defined.

Havn't worked out a full plan yet untill I work out what to take.
I'm looking to avoid the needles so I'm thinking Dianabol or winstrol, with some sort of anti E and then clebutranol (sry If I'm spelling these wrong) to try and keep the gains. I am worried about the rage levels (have quite a stresfull job and my tempers quite bad as it is, I don't want to fly off the handle at anybody), also a bit worried about getting man boobs so advice on anti E would be good.

Sry for the long post. thanks in advance.

wait a few years bro, and research. 6 months is to short to be training to start using gear.

You have a ways to go before you need illegal enhancement, first get your training, diet, and learn to train(strive) to get your workout intensity up, by decreasing rest time between sets, and applying advance training techniques like forced reps, drop sets, partials, compound sets, etc.

In the meantime keep reading up and studying everything you can related to AAS.
